Our weekly fantasy football waiver wire takes a look at the top pickups at each position for Week 11 of the 2018 NFL season. Many of these players are still available in a majority of leagues and could have an immediate impact on your fantasy roster. Others might be worth stashing on your bench or are simply just players to add to your watch list. With that in mind, here’s a list of players should you consider adding to your squad for Week 11.
For a more in-depth look at the players on this list, watch our our Week 11 waiver wire video.
Top QB pickup: Dak Prescott (40% owned)
Prescott completed 26-of-36 passes for 270 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys’ Week 10 win over the Eagles. He also rushed for nine yards and another score. His 270 yards passing were his second most of the season, and he has continued to show good rapport with Amari Cooper, who had a team high 10 targets. He is trending in the right direction for fantasy owners heading into a matchup with the struggling Falcons defense in Week 11.
Top RB pickup: Rashaad Penny (15% owned)
With Chris Carson sidelined by a hip injury, Penny exploded for 108 yards and a touchdown on just 12 carries against the Rams in Week 10. The first-round pick received praise from head coach Pete Carroll who said, “he looked just like the guy we thought he would look like when we drafted him.” It’s a crowded Seattle backfield and it remains to be seen if Penny has surpassed Mike Davis or Carson on the depth chart, but fantasy owners should pick him up until we find out.
RB priority list: Rashaad Penny (15% owned), Derrick Henry (50% owned), Josh Adams (15% owned), Frank Gore (30% owned), Ty Montgomery (15% owned), Elijah McGuire (18% owned), Jalen Richard (48% owned)
Top WR pickup: Anthony Miller (15% owned)
Miller hauled in five catches for 122 yards and a touchdown on six targets in the Bears’ Week 10 victory over the Lions. That’s his second score in three weeks and the fourth game in a row with at least six targets. With Mitchell Trubisky and the Bears’ offense rolling, the rookie from Memphis is worth an add in most leagues to see if can build on this performance.
WR priority list: Anthony Miller (15% owned), Chris Godwin (45% owned), Josh Reynolds (5% owned), John Ross (20% owned), Maurice Harris (40% owned), Donte Moncrief (15% owned), Brandon Marshall (10% owned), Zay Jones (5% owned)
Top TE pickup: Jeff Heuerman (10% owned)
Heuerman had 10 receptions for 83 yards and one touchdown in the Broncos’ Week 9 loss to the Texans. He led the Broncos in yards, receptions, and he was targeted a team-high 11 times. There are extra targets to go around following a trade that sent Demaryius Thomas to Houston and Heuerman is worth a look just in case this amount of volume unexpectedly continues.
