Waiver Wire is our weekly look at players available in many leagues that could have an immediate impact on your fantasy roster, or simply just players to keep on your radar. We’ll be here all season to let you know which players to watch, who to ignore, and most importantly, who to pick up. If you have any waiver wire questions, feel free to post them in our Fantasy Football Forum.

Add in all Leagues

Toby Gerhart MIN | RB

Adrian Peterson got banged up on Sunday, and it sounds like he could miss some time. Gerhart is going to be the most added player this week, and we say he is a great gamble. With a matchup against Buffalo week 13 he should have a big game if he gets a chance to start. (about 15% owned)

Mike Goodson CAR | RB

Goodson has looked great since taking over the starting job for the Panthers. Stewart is now healthy, but we think it is going to be hard for him to lose too many touches. It’s hard to say what the timeshare will be, but Goodson should continue to have value. (about 35% owned)

Jonathan Stewart CAR | RB

Stewart is healthy and he looked good week 12, but it looks like he is going to be splitting carries with Goodson. However, we still think Stewart is worth an add since he is the more established out of the two backs. It will more then likely turn into a nasty timeshare, but the Panthers running game has looked decent lately. The Panthers have proven that they can have two RB’s that have fantasy value at the same time. (about 55% owned)

Brian Westbrook SF | RB

With the news out that Gore is done for the year, this makes Westbrook a must add. He has fresh legs, and he looked good filling in for Gore on Monday night. Westbrook has always had problems staying healthy, but he should be able to put up good numbers if he can avoid injuries. (about 5% owned)

Add in Deeper Leagues

Maurice Morris DET | RB

With Best still struggling to get healthy, Morris should continue to have value. He is splitting carries with Aaron Brown, but we think Morris is still the one to own. As long as Best stays out look for Morris to continue to put up numbers. (about 10% owned)

Legedu Naanee SD | WR

The return of Vincent Jackson was very short lived as he injured his calf early in the first quarter. Naanee is back from his injury and he should back in the starting lineup until Jackson comes back. Naanee had some good games early in the season, and he could be in line for a few more. (about 5% owned)

Ben Obomanu SEA | WR

Obomanu could be on the verge of breaking out. He has had 4 straight decent fantasy days, and he is emerging as a consistent fantasy receiver. Even when Mike Williams comes back we think he will still see a lot of targets. The Seahawks have a decent schedule during the playoffs, so Obomanu should be considered if you need help at wide receiver. (about 5% owned)

Jacoby Ford OAK | WR

If your league counts return yards then we love Ford as an add. He will probably be inconsistent when it comes to his receiving numbers, but he should touch the ball enough to have value in a lot of leagues. Ford is going to be a hit or miss fantasy player, but when he hits he should hit big. (about 15% owned)

Derrick Mason BAL | WR

The old man is starting to show some signs of life. He has had decent games in 3 of his last 4, and we think it’s time to think about picking this guy up. Defenses have to give a lot of attention to Boldin and T.J. so Mason should see a lot of single coverage. (about 60% owned)

Kevin Boss NYG | TE

With all of the injuries to the Giants wide receivers Boss is going to be asked to do a lot more. This was evident on Sunday when he had 74 yards and a touchdown. He has been inconsistent this year, but he should get a lot of targets down the stretch this year. (about 25% owned)

Seattle Defense SEA | DEF

The Seahawks will host the Panthers week 13, and they should be able to put up some decent fantasy numbers. Seattle is a tough place to play, and the Panthers have struggled all year on offense. (about 35% owned)

San Diego Defense SD | DEF

It surprises use to see that the Chargers D is only owned in about half the leagues. They are one of the best defenses in the league, and with a matchup at home against Oakland they could have a big game week 13. (about 50% owned)

Add to Watch List

Bernard Scott CIN | RB

There have been reports that Scott might start taking more carries from Benson down the stretch this year. Benson has an expiring contract, and the Bengals might consider going with the younger back next year. Scott isn’t worth picking up just yet in standard leagues, but he might be worth an add in keeper leagues. (about 5% owned)
