Waiver Wire is our weekly look at players available in many leagues that could have an immediate impact on your fantasy roster, or simply just players to keep on your radar. We’ll be here all season to let you know which players to watch, who to ignore, and most importantly, who to pick up. If you have any waiver wire questions, feel free to post them in our Fantasy Football Forum.

Add in all Leagues

Sidney Rice MIN | WR

Rice appears to be getting very close to returning to action after his hip injury. Favre and Rice had great chemistry last year, and we think Rice could have good value during the fantasy playoffs. Pick this guy up if you have a roster spot. (about 65% owned)

Vincent Jackson SD | WR

We can’t believe that Jackson is only owned in about half the leagues, he will be back week 12 and he could help when it counts the most. We say he is well worth a roster spot, pick him up now and see what happens. (about 55% owned)

Santonio Holmes NYJ | WR

Holmes is quickly becoming a consistent fantasy option at wide receiver. He has had 2 straight solid games, and with a matchup against the Texans week 11 he should have a third. The Jets still love to run the ball, but they are starting to let Sanchez throw a little more. (about 75% owned)

Fred Jackson BUF | RB

Right when it looked like Spiller was going to start getting some more carries, he goes down with a hamstring injury. This will open the door back up for Jackson to get a ton of touches. He is coming off of his best game of the season, and he could have some more solid games down the stretch. (about 55% owned)

Felix Jones DAL | RB

Felix Jones and the Cowboys had a huge game week 10. They looked like a completely different team, and it’s time to pick Jones up if he was dropped in your league. WIth a matchup against the Lions week 11, he could be in line for 2 big games in a row. (about 65% owned)

Add in Deeper Leagues

Steve Breaston ARI | WR

It looks like Breaston is healthy and we think he is worth an add in some leagues. With all of the attention on Larry Fitz, Breaston has a much easier time getting open. He also handled the kick return duties week 10, so in leagues that count return yards he is a must add. (about 55% owned)

Mike Thomas JAC | WR

Thomas had an amazing game on Sunday, which included catching a hail mary pass to win the game. He has been a roller coaster this year so don’t expect consistent numbers, but he could have a couple more monster games this year. (about 30% owned)

Danny Amendola STL | WR

Amendola continues to put up solid numbers, but no one seems to want to pick him up. We think he is pretty much a must add in PPR leagues, and with a TD in each of his last 3 games he could be worth an add in standard leagues as well. Also, don’t forget that Amendola handles almost all the return duties for the Rams. (about 15% owned)

Tim Hightower ARI | RB

Since Wells got hurt Hightower has looked fairly solid for the Cardinals. There is a good chance that Wells will regain the starting job upon his return, but we think it is far from a guarantee. We say pick up Hightower and stash him on your bench until this thing plays out. (about 40% owned)

Chicago Defense CHI | DEF

Chicago has been solid this year on the defensive end of the ball, and they should be able to put up some points week 11. They have the Thursday night game against the Dolphins, but as of now it looks like Henne and Pennington will miss the game. This could open the door for the Bears to stick 8 in the box and dare the Fins to throw the ball. (about 75% owned)

David Garrard JAC | QB

Garrard had a monster game week 10, true it was against the Texans but it was still impressive. We don’t think he is a must add, but he wouldn’t be a bad #2 QB for your fantasy team. Garrard has some more easy matchups down the stretch, so he could have a couple more big games. (about 30% owned)

Rob Gronkowski NE | TE

The Patriots have been running with a lot of two TE sets, and Gronkowski and Hernandez are getting a lot of targets. Gronkowski had a monster game on Sunday with 5 catches for 72 yards and 3 TD’s. We think he could be a bit streaky, but this game proved that they trust him in the red zone. (about 15% owned)

Jermaine Gresham CIN | TE

The Bengals have been playing from behind almost every single week, which obviously means a lot of passing. With all of the attention on T.O. and Ochocinco, Gresham has been able to put together some solid games this year. He only has 3 TD’s so in a standard league we don’t think he is worth an add. But with 40 catches already this year, Gresham is a TE worth looking at in PPR leagues. (about 25% owned)

Add to Watch List

Mewelde Moore PIT | RB

All of you Mendenhall owners out there might want to consider picking up Moore as a safety net. Moore is starting to get slightly more involved in the offense, and he could have good value if Mendenhall gets hurt. Moore has been catching a lot of passes out of the backfield, and he has looked pretty good doing it. (about 5% owned)

Troy Smith SF | QB

It’s offical, Smith is now the starting QB for the 49ers. The former heisman trophy winner looked great week 10, and he is certainly someone that you should add to your watch list. (about 10% owned)
