Waiver Wire is our weekly look at players available in many leagues that could have an immediate impact on your fantasy roster, or simply just players to keep on your radar. We’ll be here all season to let you know which players to watch, who to ignore, and most importantly, who to pick up. If you have any waiver wire questions, feel free to post them in our Fantasy Football Forum.

Jacob Tamme IND | TE

Since taking over for the injured Clark, Tamme has been nothing short of amazing. Tamme has a TD in each of the two games he has started, and he is averaging 8 catches for 80 yards in those two games. If you are at all looking for a TE then you need to look at Tamme. (about 75% owned)

LeGarrette Blount TB | RB

We still can’t believe the Bucs are giving carries to Cadillac Williams. Blount has been by far the more effective runner, and we expect his workload to continue to increase. Blount has a huge upside and he could put up huge numbers down the stretch. (about 70% owned)

Add in Deeper Leagues

Jacoby Ford OAK | WR

This rookie out of Clemson grabbed a lot of peoples attention week 9. He had a monster game with 148 receiving yard, and 158 return yards. Not to mention he returned a kickoff for a touchdown. The Raiders have a bye week 10, but in leagues that count return yards we think Ford could be worth a look.(about 5% owned)

Nate Burleson DET | WR

The Lions #2 receiver is quickly becoming a consistent fantasy option. He has a TD in 3 of his last 4 games, and he has at least 4 catches in each of those games. Defenses have to pay so much a attention to Calvin Johnson, and this is leaving Burleson with a lot of single coverage. (about 10% owned)

Steve Breaston ARI | WR

Breaston had somewhat of a quite game in week 9, but we still like his potential moving forward. The Cardinals have a matchup with Seattle week 10, and the Seahawks are terrible against the pass. We think Breaston could bounce back from his mediocre week 9 with a big game this week. (about 55% owned)

Tim Hightower ARI | RB

Hightower ended up getting the majority of the workload week 9, and Wells owners to have some cause for concern. There have been reports saying that Beanie wasn’t involved because of his knee, coupled with the fact that he didn’t get to practice. More then likely Beanie will take back over the workload, but Hightower could be worth an add just in case. (about 40% owned)

C.J. Spiller BUF | RB

Spiller is slowly starting to get more involved in the offense for the Bills. The carries were pretty much an even split week 9, and the winless Bills might be looking to get their rookie some more touches. Jackson had another terrible game week 9, which included a lost fumble. This will probably be a heavy timeshare for the rest of the season, but Spiller could start getting close to 15 touches a game. (about 50% owned)

Tampa Bay TAM | DEF

The Bucs don’t have the best D in the league, but with a matchup at home against the Panthers they should be able to score some fantasy points. The Panthers offense has been absolutely awful this year, and both of their star RB’s are banged up. The Bucs shouldn’t give up many points, and they should be able to force some turnovers. (about 25% owned)

Brett Favre MIN | QB

Favre is coming off of a monster game, and this could be the spark the Vikings needed to get things going. He seems to be close to 100% healthy, and he is proving that he can still throw for a ton of yards. (about 60% owned)

David Garrard JAC | QB

Garrard is coming off a bye week, and with a matchup at home against Houston he could be looking at two straight solid games. There are a lot of big name QB’s with a bye this week, and we think Garrard is a great pick up and play. We doubt he will throw for another 4 TD’s, but he should put together a very solid game. (about 30% owned)

Derek Anderson ARI | QB

Since taking back over the starting job Anderson hasn’t looked completely terrible, they aren’t winning games but they are putting points on the board. The Cardinals are at home against the Seahawks week 10, and we think Anderson could be worth a pick up and play in some cases. (about 10% owned)

Add to Watch List

Seyi Ajirotutu SD | WR

What a game Ajirotutu had week 9, it’s just too bad that Floyd will probably be back week 11 so Ajirotutu will be headed back to the bench. However, he is someone to keep a close eye on, if there are any more injuries out in San Diego he could be worth adding to your team. (about 5% owned)
