Must Adds in all Formats:
Kevin Walter
Walter is back and he is a must add in all leagues. (about 78% owned)
Glen Coffee
Looks like Gore is going to be out until week 7 giving Coffee the chance to start 2 games.Ā The 49ers play the Rams then the Falcons, then they have a bye. Coffee is a must add in all leagues and he will be a great spot start over the next 2 weeks. (about 30% owned)
Mike Sims-Walker
We had him as a must add after last week and we have him as a must add this week as well. Sims-Walker had another solid game catching 6 passes for 81 yards. He looks like he could be the real deal. (about 28% owned)
Fred Taylor
It looks like we might finally have a RB breaking out of the time share in New England. Taylor is worth an add in all leagues just in case he keeps getting a majority of the carries.Ā (about 50% owned)
Brent Celek
Celek just keeps putting up huge numbers. He had 8 catches for 104 yards for the second straight week. He needs to be added in all leagues at this point. (about 50% owned)
Ahmad Bradshaw
It looks like Bradshaw is going to get enough carries to have fantasy value. He should be owned in all leagues at this point. Bradshaw has value even with a healthy Jacobs, but if Jacobs goes down Bradshaw’s value will be through the roof. (about 75% owned)
Must Adds in Deeper Leagues:
Tashard Choice
With Felix Jones maybe out until week 7, Choice could have some value over the next few weeks. There is no guarantee that Barber will be back in week 4 which would make Choice a decent start against the Broncos.Ā (about 44% owned)
Nate Burleson
Burleson has been very inconsistent in the last 4 years and we just arenāt ready to trust him in standard leagues. However, Burleson is off to a great start this year and he is definitely worth an add in deeper leagues. (about 45% owned)
Pierre Garcon
Garcon had a good game Sunday night vs. the Cardinals. He had 3 catches for 63 yards and a TD.Ā He was also very close to catching a second TD. It looks like Garcon could give good short term WR depth while Gonzalez is out. (about 18% owned)
San Francisco
The 49ers defense has looked pretty good so far this year. They are going up against a terrible Rams team week 4 and they should be a great spot start this week. (about 20% owned)
Cincinnati
The Bengals are back! They looked good against the Steelers and should have another good game against the Browns. The Browns are a mess and the Bengals should be able to take advantage of this. (about 15% owned)
Correll Buckhalter
Buckhalter had another solid game on Sunday, rushing for over 100 yards. He is still in a time share with Moreno but it looks like he is going to get enough touches to have fantasy value. (about 40% owned)
Earl Bennett
We have been talking about Bennett all year and he should be owned in more then 25% of leagues. Bennett had 4 catches for 80 yards on Sunday and with a matchup against the Lions this week he could be a great spot start. (about 25% owned)
Watch List:
Jacoby Jones
If your league counts return yards, Jones is worth an add. He has a couple receiving TD’s and he is 4th in the league in return yards at this point. (about 8% owned)
Andre Caldwell
Caldwell is also worth an add in deeper leagues that count return yards. He has been getting involved in the offense and you get a nice bonus with the return yards. (about 5% owned)
Todd Heap
Heap has looked ok so far this season and he could be a good spot start when your regular TE is having a bye week. We doubt Heap is going to put up huge numbers this year but it does look like he is healthy enough to have fantasy value again. (about 50% owned)
Vernon Davis
Vernon has looked ok so far this season and he had a huge game this past Sunday. He had 7 catches for 96 yards and 2 TD. We are not completely sold that Davis is going to be a consistent fantasy player, but he could be a great TE to pick up for a bye week plug in. (about 35% owned)
