I know it's really early but im switching my league over to a keeper league next season and I know it's a ton of work to make everything is set up right. This is my first keeper league and I need suggestions on how many and lengthy to be able to keep. Are rosters settings are 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE,1 K, 1 DEF, 8 bench, there are 12 teams in my league. Any help and suggestions will surely help, thanks in advance.

Well there are few ways to do a keeper league my personal favorite is the following
Change the league to an auction league
Then you can keep three players at the value your brought them for for three years
Or if you want to keep snake draft
Again three keepers at two rounds higher than you drafted them - no limit on how long you can keep them, which means you cannot keep anyone you drafted in the first or second round.
I guess the best question is how do you want to do it and then we can give you feed back (so do you want snake or auction, how many?, and how long - go with your gut regardless keeper leagues are too fun not to run it that way)

I was thinking 3 keepers with a 3 year limit, but a few of the owners were worried that about the QB position being depleted since it's a 2 starting QB league.

ha, that is pretty funny - FST runs a 2 QB keeper league and the max you can keep a player is 3 years.
So I cannot hate on that as I am a pretty big fan of our league

What's the max y'all are able to keep a player, if 3 works for the FST league I'm sure it'll work for us.

Three keepers is a good number for this kind of a league. By the way, you are going to want to keep both of your quarterbacks in a league like this if they are any good. 12 teams and 2 QB's means that a lot of backups will be rostered. You can also think about an early pick on RGIII and (to a lesser extent) Luck. I say a lesser extent on Luck because he isn't as likely to get many fantasy points early because he isn't the athlete that RGIII is. Griffin may be a good pocket passer, but with any rookie on a bad team they just don't have the protection or experience to find a receiver all the time and they'll have to make something happen with their feet. Luck is a good athlete but Griffin is exceptional.

A keeper league is sort of a combination between a standard draft league and a dynasty league. Each preseason, most of the players are drafted, however, owners are allowed to keep a predetermined number of players on their roster from the year before.
The first month of baseball is in the books so we want to take a look at the biggest pitching surprises to start the 2012 fantasy sports season. Cheers for
pro direct !!

I like anything in Fantasy Football that reduces the impact of luck... The biggest ideas are auction drafts, keeper leagues, 2-QB leagues.... things like that.
I also like the idea of giving keepers a raise of some sort. You can do the 3-year thing, or you can have keepers get a $5 bump in price or a 2-round impact on keeper value each year. (Or a year limit and a raise.)

Hearts’ new
22 football jersey for 2012/13 is white in colour with maroon stripes. The shorts are also maroon in colour. Adidas have gone for a v-neck, collarless look to the jersey, which is again sponsored by Wonga.
