Our weekly waiver wire takes a look at the top pickups for Week 13 of the NFL season. Many of these players are still available in a majority of leagues and could have an immediate impact on your fantasy roster. Others might be worth stashing on your bench, or are simply just players to add to your watch list. If you have any waiver wire questions, feel free to post them in our Fantasy Football Forum.

Running Backs

Latavius Murray OAK | RB

Murray was off to an amazing start before leaving the game Week 12 with a concussion. The Raiders finally decided to give their young running back some carries and he unfortunately went down with an injury. I fully expect Murray to be the man for the Raiders for the rest of the year if he is healthy and he is certainly a guy that could help fantasy teams win a championship. (about 25% owned)
Recommendation: Should be added in all leagues

Daniel Herron IND | RB

Trent Richardson has been pretty terrible all year and the Colts made it clear Week 12 that they want Herron to be a big part of their offense. Herron did have a costly fumble, but he touched the ball more than most people were thinking he would. I especially like Herron in PPR leagues since he clearly seems to be the guy that will take over the Ahmad Bradshaw role. (about 25% owned)
Recommendation: Should be added in all leagues

Isaiah Crowell CLE | RB

The Browns running back situation has been a mess all year, but it seems like Crowell is the man at least for now. He has lead their backfield for two straight weeks and he looks like he is their best runner. Since there was so much uncertainty with this situation it has scared owners from picking up Crowell, at this point though I think it’s time to start trusting the numbers. (about 25% owned)
Recommendation: Should be added in all leagues

Doug Martin TB | RB

There are two things to pay attention to when looking at the box score of the Bucs game. Martin led the Bucs in carries for Week 12, but he once again had a sub par performance. It seems like he at least might be in line for some carries moving forward, so if you are desperate for a running back then you might want to give him a look. (about 45% owned)
Recommendation: Should be added in deeper leagues

LeGarrette Blount NE | RB

Blount made a big impact with his first game back with the Patriots and he needs to be considered as an add in most deeper leagues. Jonas Gray got himself into trouble by being late to practice one day last week and he is clearly in the doghouse with the coaching staff. If Gray stays in the doghouse then it’s clear that Blount will be the guy to own. (about 35% owned)
Recommendation: Should be added in deeper leagues

Wide Receivers

Charles Johnson MIN | WR

There haven’t been many things to get excited about with the Vikings passing game this season. However, Johnson could change that if he continues the same production that he has over the last two games. During that stretch he has had 18 targets and he has 139 yards and a touchdown. In my opinion Johnson is currently the number one fantasy receiver option for the Vikings. (about 5% owned)
Recommendation: Should be added in deeper leagues

Jarvis Landry MIA | WR

Considering how consistent Landry has been over the last handful of weeks, it’s surprising how many leagues he is available in. The Dolphins offense has gotten better as the year has gone on and it’s clear that Landry and Ryan Tannehill are on the same page. It’s time that the fantasy world starts to pay attention to this young receiver and I like the upside of Landry for the rest of the season. (about 25% owned)
Recommendation: Should be added in deeper leagues

Stedman Bailey STL | WR

Bailey isn’t anyone to get too excited about, but in deeper leagues he needs to have your attention. The Rams don’t have many weapons on offense and it’s possible that Bailey could have some fantasy value in deeper leagues down the stretch. The former 3rd pick out of West Virginia does have some talent and he finds himself in a great situation in terms of potential targets. (about 5% owned)
Recommendation: Should be added in deeper leagues

Tight End

Kyle Rudolph MIN | TE

The long wait for the Kyle Rudolph return is over and he had a decent game Week 12 in his first game back. Up to this point Rudolph has been a huge bust, but he has a chance to finish the season on a high note. The tight end position has been a mess this season and if you are one of the teams searching for a tight end then you should give Rudolph a look. (about 50% owned)
Recommendation: Worth a look as a pickup and play

Defenses

New York Giants NYG | DEF

If you have been following this weekly post then you know that I almost always include the defense that is playing the Jags. Week 13 that’s going to be the Giants and even though I don’t like their defense, I like them agains Jacksonville. If you are streaming defenses then I would strongly consider the Giants this week. (about 10% owned)
Recommendation: Worth a look as a pickup and play

St. Louis STL | DEF

The Rams defense has been solid this year and you have to love their matchup at home against the Raiders Week 13. The Raiders have been a mess all year and you have to think that they will have a hard time moving the ball against the Rams. Another thing I like about the Rams D is that they play the Redskins Week 14, so they could be starting two straight weeks for your fantasy team. (about 45% owned)
Recommendation: Worth a look as a pickup and play
